Brian Patterson Designs, Inc. was established in 2000 in Decatur, Georgia by Brian Patterson, President. We are a full-service design-build firm specializing in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Interior Décor, and Project Management. Offering ground-up construction, full-scale renovation, and comprehensive furnishing and décor services. This environment has proven to be conducive for our creative process.

Having worked in Hospitality Design for twelve years, Brian gained extensive experience in Design, Detailing, and Project Management. With clients ranging from Ritz Carlton, Rosewood Hotels, Mandarin, and Loews, Brian decided to take the professional practices and methods that he had gained in the commercial industry, combined with his passion for residential design, and apply them to Atlanta's residential marketplace.

Over the twenty-five years our projects have evolved from Kitchen and Bath renovations to large-scale additions and Custom Estate homes. We credit this growth to relationship building with our clients, builders, developers, and real estate professionals. We have built our reputation on our customer service, acute attention to detail, and our commitment to ethical business practices.
